It’s Sunday morning and I just woke up. I’m really sore. The past few mornings I’ve been quite sore when waking up. Not sure why. I am back on my blood pressure meds, so perhaps that’s why. I’m also taking some extra vitamin B each day. I think it’s helping my muscles relax more while I sleep so when I get up my body is a little more sensitive.
One thing I like about certain online journals/blogs is the little section that lets you enter what you’re “currently listening to” or add your mood and other tidbits. It doesn’t look like this system has that. I’m currently trying to find a way to do it.
